Learning activity: Your role in evaluating your project
Talk to your project coordinator about your role in the evaluation process.
How will the project you are working on be evaluated? What is your role in it?
How will the project's objectives and outcomes be measured? What is your part in this process?
What information does your project coordinator want you to provide? Are you expected to gather feedback or data yourself? If so, what?
What do you need to think about or reflect on before you and your project coordinator (or project team) meet to evaluate the project? (It is helpful if you make notes beforehand about any important points you want to raise during the evaluation meeting.)
How will your contribution to the project's evaluation be recorded? Who is responsible for doing this?
Record your responses in any way you choose and add them to your portfolio.
